To reinforce this commitment, we have implemented the Supplier Environmental and Social Code of Conduct, which sets out the expectations we hold for all our suppliers and business partners. The Code of Conduct is founded on three key principles:

1. Environmental Sustainability: Promoting resource efficiency, reducing carbon emissions, minimizing waste, recycling waste, and encouraging environmentally responsible sourcing and production. This includes ensuring that all crude palm oil (CPO) and palm-based materials used in our supply chain are sustainably sourced, traceable, and compliant with recognized sustainability standards, such as the RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil) or its equivalent.
    

2. Human Rights Protection: Strictly prohibiting child labor, forced labor, fair wages, anti-discrimination, and human trafficking in any part of our supply chain.
    

3. Ethical Business Conduct: Upholding fairness, integrity, anti-bribery, fair trade, transparency, and full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
